Project Scope: Demo all existing mechanical equipment and lighting. Erect a new mechanical CEP including electrical upgrade for new chillers, provide new LED lighting throughout and provide new electrical service to the new HVAC equipment.

This letter is for recommendation to any commercial contractor or commercial building owner/operator that may be seeking electrical services.

D’NOVO Services has exhibited a high degree of professional management throughout several commercial retrofit and occupied building projects. D’NOVO Services fully understood their scope of work and met stringent mile markers within the project schedules. The field staff was knowledgeable in all commercial electrical code requirements providing a seamless professional electrical installation.

D’NOVO Services overcame several design challenges providing alternative and cost saving solutions. D’NOVO provided extremely good communication working with the GC and Engineers to elaborate and illustrate their solutions.
